  This is a horrible company that has a monopoly over everything. They are the only electric utility company in our area. I have no choice but to use them. They are installing smart meters in everyone's home without their consent. Do people know that these smart meters emit radio frequencies? People should research what effect these radio frequencies have on your body. Then, they are charging to uninstall the smart meters that they installed without telling you and charging you monthly for having a digital instead! Ridiculous! Absolutely sickening that this company takes advantage of having a monopoly and charging out the yin-yang for every little thing. Even on a "budget plan", I am paying over $200 a month for a house that is only 750 sq. Feet. Consumers energy get your freaking act together and if you want your customers to be happy stop overcharging!
